Kelly, thanks for the information. PRLN doesn't have to worry about FDA if they market overseas. 3rd world needs it the most anyway. The company could become a takeover candidate if the stock price remains low for any length of time IMO. A merger of convenience would also be desirable where the other company has management in place. Even a strategic alliance. This is of course only my speculation, so is the stock at this price.
