That *also* is completely FALSE, (and you should know that), since Obama hasn't had a single thing to do with that lame, dead-on-arrival-and-not-cosponsored-by-anyone bill.

There are 435 members of Congress, (some of 'em fairly nuts <g>), and ANYONE of them can propose any damn thing that they want to... no matter how silly.
