Elwyn and others: a stock that starts the year as OTCBB then goes to NASDAQ will stay in the OTCBB contest category. Likewise, a stock that starts the year NASDAQ but goes to OTCBB will stay in the NASDAQ contest category. In short, the stock will stay in the category in which it starts the year.

If a stock splits (forward or backward) I will make the proper adjustment for the contest. If someone's pick splits I would appreciate them notifying me, though I will surely pick it up when I do my monthly updates.
