Hello, Syder, you are right about no correlation between insider activity. I think a lot of what we frequently see are Stock Option Contracts and awards, which are often offered to upper management, but at times, regular employee's may receive smaller amounts of stock from time to time.

We also see stocks that are distributed as bonuses to individuals as rewards and incentives for exceptional performance, which also have a strike expiration date, as in a sell contract date, but I also see insiders buying and selling small amounts of stock which are mostly irrelevant to a stocks daily movement.

Below are the past 3-month insiders sell's, ...Rob's 50k might have gently rocked the boat for a short time.
