Honey, I agree with your characterization of those facts as a coverup, and I think you could add the selective accounting of his record in the ad that Kirk posted as well.

The only thing I would question is this:

"Notice that we are now three years+ into the cyclical bull market and QQQQ is selling at $38.25 this morning--so even his parting shot was WRONG!!!!"

So you don't consider a 55% rise in price a significant recovery?
