From conference call: Earning .21/share BTB overall 1.17 BTB for DataComm 1.20 BTB for ATE 1.0 They will register 3 million shares to pay for new fab which is expected to cost $70million, $25mil for building, $45mil for equipment. Large growth in Fibre Channel, lots of new design wins in Gigabit Ethernet. Current fab utilization is 65%
