Actually, I think that the post stated that there were 100,000,000 common shares and 10,000,000 preferred shares authorized, as opposed to issued. At the same time, who knows how many shares are really issued. I have personal knowledge of one BB company, with over 70.0 MM shares outstanding, where the transfer agent was reporting that there were only 5.6 MM outstanding. That is why I have generally tried to add the words "at least" when referencing the number of shares actually issued. The main reason for my post to dman, was to clarify, for at least the third time, that the float is substantially larger than 4.0 MM.
