Welcome aboard Thomas. And, welcome back James. Hope your trip went well. On the subject of the Mitsubishi case, I suspect we are talking about one heluva lot of money here in terms of the initial settlement and the ongoing royalty stream from not only Mitsu, but many other companies. Why else would Ampex invest millions in legal fees? Surely Ampex would take a settlement, assuming it was reasonable, in order to avoid a surprise jury verdict. But, I imagine there would be some serious negotiating going on before a settlement is reached. Also, I agree we seem to have hit the bottom here, especially in light of the pummeling the broader market is taking. That is a good sign, but I am definatley getting impatient waiting for the latest news on KM or DST business developments! --Wayne--
