Whats the matter with Dr Rice, talking about "health" (care) and those lowest ones??
(well, nobody has claimed she does not know how to make funny undefined sentences)

However, smart to try to outsource the problem and especially the fights.

Funny way of talking, all oral organs kind of under severe pressure, only some few languages which use and abuse those sudden jumps in pitch if there is no obvious, mechanical, external nor freudian reason.

Anyway, good to see and hear that the segregationist issue of the two parties of USA is crumbling, tribal and lynchpins, although with some vocal ju-u-mps, as in pro-o-gress (ref the swedish muppet show chef)

Btw, here in the home forrests, teachers are told to try to relax their oral organs when they talk to, or with, the class.
Especially critical for female teachers, which tend to use a higher and more stressed pitch than the more booming macho male ones, helps to avoid those crackling-reflexes later on in life when that octave-jump does not work anymore.

One solution might be to thump the table as That Fat Idiot and Rumsfeld

or then it is just a question of lousy microphones??

However, it is said that nobody thumps the organs as Ashcroft in his office.
