Hi Glenn, whatever, I have called this company CORRECTLY from the beginning at least from the aspect where they INTENTIONALLY FILED OTCBB - so they could do whatever they wanted without having to report to the SEC - ie act like a privately held company; see my posts 2nd week of May 1999 prior to Lehman's call)

I had no idea of the character of these guys and the deceptive practices nor the intent until after I called Lehmans. wherein after talking with so and so and being told by so and so, such and such, as previously publicly documented in public posts and filings I was intentionally led to believe and so and so was cognizant that others were reading what I posted publicly, to tell others that XSNI was THE IPO and WAS INCORRECTLY LISTED and LEHMANS was working on the ERROR; and not only was I told that, but documents in Feb1999 by the company indicated the same thing.

Then when I took the public Feb 1999 document at it's word face value, I contacted Lucent to get some third party verification, and you know where that got me. NO MORE DD FROM ME, just an observer on the side lines

And that is a fact, I have public posts that validate all my research based on the timeline of events and filings of this present corporate manufacture as a dump for the past corporate failures.
