Don't worry about the bid/ask right now. The bid is 19 3/16 which is ABOVE yesterday's 19 1/8 close. The ask is 18 which is way below. But if you look at TCOMA, which will be bought by T, the ask is 37 while the bid is 45, from a close of 38 11/16. Now which do you think is correct? PAIR will be 21 today.
