Bob...................... Sorry, I thought the S8 shares were those which are issued by a company to raise capitol for itself. Somehow I feel that Morgan's next move will involve the raising of company funds. It would be nice to know the name and number of the company which tracks this company's shares so that we can find out the actual present number of shares outstanding. Although I did not like the way the reverse split was handled, Morgan is at least, taking the company forward and not backwards. If you can handle the ride, I do feel that we will get a payday with Morgan at the helm. (Can't wait til Morgan begins his campaign of cleverly released news regarding new contracts for business which he needs to do to sustain stock price at the established minimum in order to get the company listed on the regular NASDAQ exchange or the other one if he prefers.)(Morgan said he was very experienced in successfully running small companies, taking them from the bottom to the top, we are just seeing the Man do his thing.) (I'm going to stay on the sidelines cheering for the value to go past ten dollars; With Morgan this might be possible.)
