Support seems to happen at points where people missed a run up, wish they hadn't missed it, and want another chance to buy. People just like you. In my humble opinion, I would think any price much below 19 3/4 would get into the technical support area. But I'm sure others would disagree. I don't know if I've helped. Just my interpretation.
