you are right that the writer is a reckless moron to fasten on lower LU bookings without catching that Tomasetta said those bookings should (or did he say "will"?) appear as bookings from the contract manufacturers.
but my question - and you are the only one who addresses it - is whether those contractors must use vtss chips. in my ignorance i don't know whether vtss is the only firm that designs or can design those chips. will it be vtss chips or chips such as those designed by vtss that lucent will specify.
