Let me get this right... babish and Koch did not want a new ceo (????), but they interviewed for one, and they hired one???? Although babish wanted it and I suppose the Board did not give it to him??? So who did they hire? And why did Rhodes care, did he not like the person they selected?
Look Paul, its no use rehashing old business, but I tell you, if Rhodes is behind this debacle.... I mean, he has almost singlehandedly destroyed this company, just so he could get his job back? This is too weird.
Paul, will Paracelsian elect a new Director or will that be left to the shareholders at a board meeting? Are there any other who are going to bail, or have we seen the last of the exiters?
