Property sale... The sale of the facility was taken care of last quarter. The proceeds was used against the company's debt, hence making them "virtually debt free." This strengthens their balance sheet(and subsequent ratios). Actually, they did realize a gain of $0.6 million that is reflected in the statement of operations as an operating income. Scott
