Robert, I saw that story, but somehow I expect a much bigger order to get that FAB going. LAM just got a small piece of it. You'd think that it would take alot more than $38MM to get it going....that's why I suspect that AMAT may have got a Lion's share and may be announced with earning release tomorrow. AMAT always has a huge deal that they announce with earnings. dave
