There certainly are a Great Many People who agree with your post.
There's a lot to worry about and plenty of evidence to support your position.

Personally, I don't believe a significant decline for the US is immanent...
We'll "Muddle Through Just Fine" and adapt to the changing conditions as required. This country continues to produce the leadership required to meet our challenges. The coming decades will certainly require facing the growing demographic pressures, healthcare costs, economic and energy competition, and the long-term problems this administrations polices towards deficits and war will bring.

Perhaps the decline of our status as a superpower.... (maybe through our own choice).... will produce substantive qualities and have positive results in our peoples standard of living.
