SUNTRUST 50K shares may have transfered on 13 Jan. This is from my previous post on 13 Jan:

Large volume on the open down and 25,000 shares at 34 1/4 (Bid) at 12:37. Another 25,000 shares at 34 3/8 (bid) at 1:13pm.

Both transfered at the BID.
