To get in their online mall, people need a TV card in their computer and the software available from WAVO. It can either be downloaded or there's a place to click [as I recall] to get it sent through the mail. When I called IR about a week ago they offered to send me the software. I did not ask for it because I do not have a TV card and am not getting one for this PC--upgrading come Jan. Lynn
