Ramsey , I have not analyzed the Hitachi deal, but in conversation with CFO, I got this take on the Intel deal. Intel estimates that they will sell 10 million chips in the first 18 months after introduction. With the stellar cast of supporters that they have for this initiative, this is probably a good bet. Run time royalties to WIND will be in the range of $1 to $4 per chip, beginning in late 1997 when Intel begins shipping. This will go straight to the bottom line.

This is about my favorite investment. I mentioned it to my brother-in-law about a month ago. Figured he had never heard of it. He works for CSX. He said, "Yes, we bought about $1 million worth of WIND software" Company growth rate for past few quarters of over 40%, and in this, there are probably no royalties from Tornado sales, since they customarily don't begin for 12 - 18 months after lease of software. So these will begin to show up around mid 1997 in a big way.

Hope some of this is helpful. I have never posted here before, but I have done extensive research on this company including quite a bit of financial modelling.
