I am not sure I understand your question,but if I did I don't think I am capable of answering it anyway.
I tried to the best of my ability to answer as many questions as I could.Needless to say,I am not a doctor and I don't know medicine.
I kbnow just a few things with a degree of certainty,we do have FDA approval,not many people seem to care,or don't think this is an important product.I certainly fall on the side of the optomists.I believe that when we have a reliable partner helping market this,and people understand the size of the market,then the stock will really be the final judge if this is close to what I think it can be.
I am not trying to be smart with you,because I cannot answer all of your questions.I am a money manager who tries to evaluate the risk reward potential in a given idea for myself and a few friends.This may not be a fair comparison,but I will use it anyhow once again.How many people ever heard of Cyberonics (CYBX) a month ago.I found it by accident.It treats epilepsy,a potentail $1.8billion mkt if fully penetrated. They have stated publicly they hope to do $60mm in 2-3 years and earn $.60-.70.The company tonight after announcing a 3mm secondary has a market value of $175mm.If we did CCSI would be selling at $20. Whats the point?I believe that we will reach those numbers in less than 12 months.WHats my further point,not 3 people could tell you how this device works,but it was approved by the FDA for a serious disease,and no one else has one,and Wall Street right now seems to care.A fund manager told me today that he thought it was best story he has heard in some time.I went back over the CCSI story for the umpteenth time with him,and he said hmmm,maybe I should look at CCSI also.Maybe that will start to happen
I know that your wife is a nurse,I believe,and she is far better than I in answering these questions,but I have had the opportunity to hear what some of the world's leading pediatricians have said about CCSI's device,and they think it is phenomenal(SP?).This products should have been here 10 years ago.
I very often get frustrated,because I am such a believer.When I cannot respond to your questions,I am embarassed,because perhaps I did not do my homework well enough,but I really try to do the best job that I can,and am trying to help with what I hope,can make us all a lot of money.
One last story.A friend of mine who owns a TON of CCSI took me out to dinner tonight to say thank you.He spent the whole evening ripping me apart because Darby didn't announce a blockbuster deal on the conference call,and didnt give us earnings projections for the next 1-2-3 years.You know what is scary?This guy is a pro.He is a money manager.He said "If this gd thing is so good,why is the stock $11 5/8,what are you missing?".The dinner wasn't that good either,my beer was warm.
You can tell I am frustrated,but don't stop asking questions,because there are people a lot smarter on this board than I am,and maybe they can help with some answers.I will do what I can,and hopefully a lot of our answers will be forthcoming in next 2 weeks. |
