This must have been an April Fool's article in the Wall Street Journal. It's so full of lies and crackpots you should be ashamed of yourself for posting it. The oil reserves in the Persian Gulf have not really doubled that is pure fiction and no data support the bogus claim. The arabs doubled them to alter their OPEC quotas. You should read something sound such as: Beyond Oil: The View from Hubbert's Peak by Kenneth S.
