Question for the Board

Considering the many designs AMD was given in the early years to act as a second source, the stolen designs which survived court challenges due to technicalities, designs awarded as settlements plus a couple good designs of their own, an x86 license and their own Fabs, Billions of Dollars pumped in by unsuspecting Investors and Governments hoping to employ their masses, all leading to massive losses, is there any other company that comes to mind that has had so much yet done so little with it?
