If voters are not eligible for the reasons (any one or more) delineated by Powell, etc., too young, out of the registered area, or any of the reasons, those subtractions from the numerator have to be allowed, and if not, that 2,000,000 to 20 million, can persuade the electors in that state to collectively follow the displayed facts (that the USSC refused to look at).
On Monday it could all be up to the state legislatures voting 1 per state, but by Electoral Count, as I see it. For VP it could be less clear, decided by the Senate. But it looks favorable for Trump.
I still prefer to let the 1/5/2021 runoff encourage a bigger turnout by not deciding the Presidency until after 1/6/2021. As before, the longer they both stay below 270, the better. |
