I believe management has stated that Nethead is no longer a part of the X-Stream family. So is that the angle you're going to pursue now? XSNI is less of a company without Nethead? You don't even know if Nethead was revenue positive, so on what do you base your comments? For my own part, I didn't become a shareholder in XSNI because of Nethead. I became a shareholder to participate in the Internet boom in Europe. XSNI is franchising their Internet access service in as many as 10 countries in Europe alone. Will they be a winner? I don't know, but its a gamble I've made. I think its entirely possible that 2 or 3 or even as many as 5 new ISP's will make the grade in Europe. XSNI doesn't have to be #1 or even #4 for my investment to pay off.

So now that you understand the statements by management, the TOS agreement, and the shareholder circular, why is it that you continue to imply that XSNI is not the parent company of X-Stream Technologies Inc., the Delaware corporation which owns the X-Stream Network Internet Service?
