GROSSMANS - I'm looking for some info on what effect a company filing for chap 11 has on the shareholders or share price. This may sound like a stupid question but Grossmans has recently reached a deal with Jeld_Wen which will give them the capital to stay in bussiness but they still plan to file for bankruptcy. Thier current stock price is .25 and has remained stable at that level since their announcement a couple of days ago. I wondering what one could expect to happen down the road... Any info will be appreciated... jf...
