I'm not sure you can predict which ones are "best". I wait for drill programs, check the cap value, check the people, check the geology of related properties, check other info, then wait for a drill hole, then act. There's a lot of companies with cash and some have decent management but none of this ensures success. Ore deposits are rare and sometimes a junior trips across one. The odds are heavily in favor of failure, however.
