To the thread - have posted info on SMY to other threads...looks like its really beginning to move...200K today in Montreal, most active. Suppose most of you have seen this article, but I'll post the link anyway. I think the arrival of the new low-cost Benoni chip is selling the stock; it is essential that a low-cost transponder be available for applications requiring hundreds or thousands of tags, and cost was a crucial element in previous chips. Not only is the Benoni chip cheaper, but it's better.
