I also read this annual report and reached the same conclusion you
did. It sounded like management just couldn't bring the different
divisions together. I sold my shares at the end of the year for the
tax loss.

I originally bought the stock because I thought they were in an
industry that was really going to grow. I can't believe that the
3rd world will string all of the wires we have in the U.S. to
obtain phone service. It appeared that the market for California
Microwave's products was huge.

If California Microwave is not the company to get the job done, who
is? Since you work in this industry I would appreciate your thoughts
on who are the industry leaders. Who has the technology, marketing
and overall management to move ahead?
