Albert and all: Oral agreement on class action suits The settlement of the U.S. class action lawsuits is subject to completion of a formal written agreement and court approval. Under the terms of the proposed settlement, GrandeTel is expected to contribute U.S.$10 million. biz.yahoo.com Unfortanately there are still some lawsuits pending. What do you all think. Guy
