Paul, I hope you're right about the FDA not being a concern right now. Any other problems they may be having should be surmountable within a reasonable perod of time. As for that cholesterol lowering dietary supplement, I heard that the reason the FDA was overly concerned about it was because abuse of the product could be potentially harmful. Prescription forms of these drugs are know to be somewhat toxic to organs such as the liver if they are not administered carefully.
