To the Quadrax thread: I am a Quadrax stockholder, age 56 with a 28 handicap. Ordered a 5 fairway head (Titanium 260) with a Quadrax N1120 shaft from Golfsmith. Used it for the first time today. I have never hit more accurate fairway shots (as far as 210 yards on one hole). However, the distance is not as important as direction. My slice disappeared. The ball went where I aimed the club. I tried it off a tee. Again, my usual slice was not there. Hitting it does feel different than my burner bubble driver and 3 wood. More solid, definitely less vibration, and I felt as if the club was doing a lot of the work. If I were going to buy a new set of clubs I would want them to have the Quadrax shaft. It would be nice if someone at Quadrax could provide facts regarding the nature of their developmental projects or could provide a time frame for completion of the projects that they are currently involved with. If the company stays in business I am optimistic about more golfers using the shaft, provided another company doesn't come out with something better. B. Rabin
