HI Brian: You still can't see AOL as a scam..and defend it every
way you can, and thats good for thoes of us who are so negitive,
about her...In respect to her not paying the bill ( none of IT )
to that mailing company..to turn it around what if everybody who
got a busy line or was kicked off by the 45 min bot..said
AOL did not deliver.."they promised in writing unlimeted accsess,
we don't want to pay, not a cent..we want a full refund..
-----------------------------------
Aol has walked over so many people I would hate to be in Steves
shoes..but back to the no pay..it was just an excuse..they may have
had a shil put inside the company, and planed the whole thing
doing what they did ( even if the admission was not from a plant)
is simply not right..I bring in or deliver a load of lumber..you
ordered..so you find a few pieces missing and refuse to pay for
any of it..this load of lumber cost 10 million and you find some
pimple to make a mountain out of..it looks like one more scam pure
and simple,
just like their service..and most of the other things they do, and
say . IMHO they are not as good as regular racketeers...who don't put on a lot of airs, the AOL scam, and spin misters remind me of the
good old dressed up peacher, who is in reality just a disguised
peddler of voodoo, and wants to get into your pocket.
AOL does not seem to have any real srupples, just a pretence of
them..so they rope in a lot of nubies..the company don't , wont,
and cant show a ( real ) profit, all it does is make a few insiders rich, that's seems to be all it's there for..how many law sutes now ? it's hard to keep track of them..and for all types of things too..
it's way beyond the normal assults on any company I can think of..except maybe the tobaco makers, there must be some truth in all
of the outrage that is aimed at AOL..for a fact I know I saw with
with my own eyes were AOL billed for service that was not
rendered..what nerve they have to make such an issue out of a few
disks that didn't get to the post office because the mailing clerk
had a date or something and lied about mailing a batch..so this
gives them the right to run rough shod over the entire company,
renig on all payment..no way that will fly.
They will have the justice dept breathing down their necks before
long, then the insiders will onec again grab the cash and run..
leaving the little stock holders wondering what happened.
Jim
