However you look at it AMD has to make money to survive. I don't see a product anywhere that can do that for them. Intel has a better and cheaper to make answer for every market segment.

I purchased another 10000 shares of AMD at 6.81 with the view that the Graphics division alone would be worth as much if spun off...

You're now down another $7,300. Good luck. This looks like a death spiral to me.
