Harry, agreed. Point me to where the info is that allows you to conclude that AOL is withholding more than the disputed or unknowable overbilling amount.

For all I know from the public info I have seen, this outfit may owe AOL money for services it billed and was paid for, but that were never rendered.

Help me see how you arrived at your conclusion.
