one or other or both is true with Greencheesecake 1. he clearly stated "neutral bias" to the bankers in order to calm the financial markets (while prez race was unsettled) 2. he publically stated "neutral bias" in between FOMC meetings in order to facilitate a rate cut on Dec19th, despite the current "tightening bias" that existed, with a byproduct of calming the financial markets 3. both I think #3 I think Greenfeces smells a panic ensuing I think he was planning to go to neutral on Nov14th, but the election was not clear I think GreenTinMan feels he is losing control I think GreenToes believes he overshot, but wont admit it God Bless America God Bless the man who thinks he is God but who is clueless / jim
