Rich.......I'm starting to second guess myself......while many of my preferred stocks were being called I started to put proceeds in some closed-end funds such as HPF, JQC, PFD.etc............now I'm "underwater" and surprised how quick they have "sunk"............can't believe rates will rise so fast as to make 9% yield @ current prices unattractive.........your comments as always are welcome...thanks, JIM
