There is absolutely no proof provided that the draft will start in June as you wrote. This program has been expanding since the late 1900's, apparently started during the Clinton administration. Everyone should know as much as possible about this, but we should look at facts and not declare a draft start date which is bogus. It does nothing in providing information... The Draft will Start in June 2005
