You're welcome, Richard. It's not to scare you guys or anything- I don't necessarily agree with the entire premise. Kudos to all of you that have held onto these REITs. I sold mine a year or so ago. It was a good run- and it's been an even better one since I got out. Can't get too greedy though- all bulls get slaughtered eventually.. TW
