Zeev: I understand what you're saying, but in this case you need to take Berg's historical relationship with VLNC into account. He's not Castle. He's not a hedge fund knocking and scheming at the door. The manner in which he's conducted himself in the past suggest one need not be overly concerned with hedge fund style action. 'Course....having said this I'll also have to admit that history is always 20/20 backwards vision. One can never be sure it'll hold true into the future. But even so, though I be bound to the sidelines, Berg's past actions suggest he'll not be pursuing hedgie styled tactics. Be that as it may the proof will only come with........time. Regards! John~
