There was a tidbit from S. Forbes (Rep) about the lack of healthcare insurance. He rages against the uninsured are forced on election on managed healthcare but thinks through insurance and alleviation of choice amongst different organisations the health sit. can be improved, OTOH, he wants the govt. "to loosen the max. number of medical savings accounts" sounds bullish? But for which one. C.
