There's a chance the markets will move higher off 8000 and 850.
DJX P/C ratios are positive

Take a look at the Value Line Index, it represents 1,700 companies from the New York and American Stock Exchanges and the over-the-counter market. It is an equal-weighted index, which means each of the 1,700 stocks, regardless of market price or total market value, are weighted equally.

The chart pattern is deteriorating, not improving.
The price is following a downward fork, and their are all these early warning sign's of weakness..., and it will take tremendous positive volume trend to reverse all the chart patterns embodied in the Value Line world. The markets may get a rally for a while, but longer term the pattern is biased to further downside.

There's an up target of 1127.70 for the Value Line Index
