Doesn't it look pretty suspicious and possibly even desperate when a company spends so much money to add membership when it continues to improperly look after the members it already has? I still hear a lot of complaints about just getting on line through AOL.

Local ISP's just make to much sense. So many of them give more for a lot less than $19.95/mo. J3 Communications recently offered unlimited internet access for free - how will AOL top that? Reba McEntyre (sp?) is great but even she cannot turn a poor business proposition into some thing that it is not.

AOL needs to concentrate on taking care of the customers that remain.
