At least there the fraud was manifested by buses containing some sort of human flesh. They shortcut that bothersome shit in places like Philadelphia. The Great Cigarette Givaway in Milwaukee has the best potential there-though the Marquette kids got a big kick out of voting 4 and 5 times for Gore. Most likely their biggest concern was how to spell "Gore"...
