Brian,

Why is it unreasonable to expect AOL to conform to accepted levels of customer service? Telephone companies, utility companies, cable TV providers, etc., all prorate charges for cancelled service.

Also, why does AOL have so many problems with billing practices? In my state they were the number one source of credit card chargebacks for the last two months.
