I agree with John that AOL has a big problem to handle so huge customer base. The company right now is trying to maximize the volume which does not make sense in doing business. The company should maximize the profits by providing the better services. More customer doesn't necessarily means making more profits. AOL has many competitors including Microsoft, other media companies. I think AOL will eventually go down based on current company stratagies. Roger
