It's worth noting that less than a year ago, Nvidia had a market capitalization of $22B, seven times that of AMD today. Between AMD's major coup with their new generation of graphics cards, and what looks to be a massive product reliability issue at Nvidia, a potential sea change in consumer and OEM sentiments regarding graphics cards could be underway. This has interesting implications for AMD's share price, even with mere adequacy in their CPU lineup.
