Wbmw:

The C2 version of the OLPC (XO) upgraded to Geode LX 700 (400MHz) and uses 2W with the Geode 5536 chipset which does do USB2.0 with 3 external and 1 internal port in the XO. Which Intel x86 CPU and chipset uses only 2W typical? Answer none. Even going back to the original Pentiums. The lowest power user was a P3 300MHz 512KB L2 Celeron at 2W typical for the core alone also in a 130nm bulk process. The chipset, at least, doubled that.
