I got into PICK on a "rumor" which foretold of the Microsoft partnership back in May 1998. I bought in at .70 it went to 1.04. The reason why I stuck around is that the "rumor" held true and PICK is a fully filing company, which to me adds to PICK's credibility. Also, I found a good reason for the fact that they didn't go the NASDQ - IPO route. They couldn't raise money that way in 1993 because the calling card industry was in its infancy and no trend information was available. Pick, instead performed a reverse merger with another company (which was publicly traded) and the result was the publicly (OTC) traded PICK. This happened in 1995. Call investor relations and ask for an investors packet. It's easier to read about the history than for me to spell it out. But I am still hopeful - especially in light of yesterday's news.
